We strongly advise against shipping orders when temperatures are below −10°C, as plastic blisters and packaging can become fragile and may crack during transit.

If we believe the temperature will be too cold for safe shipping, we will contact you for approval before sending your order.

If you still wish to ship during extreme cold, it will be at your own risk, and insurance or replacements cannot cover cold-related damage.

To protect your collectibles, we are happy to hold your order until temperatures rise above −10°C. You can request a hold at checkout or by contacting us directly.
