Sealed Case Sales – Terms & Conditions

All Sealed Case Sales Are Final

All Hot Wheels sealed cases sold by Rhyno’s Die Cast are factory-sealed collectible items. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once an order has been placed.

Cancellations

If a cancellation is permitted at our sole discretion, it is subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Some sealed case orders and pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable. Orders marked as non-cancellable cannot be cancelled for any reason once placed.

Return Shipping Responsibility

In the event a return is approved at the sole discretion of Rhyno’s Die Cast, the buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping to and from our facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Factory-Sealed Condition

Cases are shipped in the same sealed condition as received from the manufacturer or authorized distributor. Some cases may arrive double-taped or re-taped by the manufacturer as part of their standard packing or inspection process. This does not indicate that the case has been opened or searched by Rhyno’s Die Cast. We do not open, inspect, sort, or guarantee contents beyond the manufacturer’s specifications.

No Content Guarantees

Case assortments are determined by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee specific vehicles, castings, colors, chase pieces, Treasure Hunts, or Super Treasure Hunts within any sealed case.

Manufacturer Variance

Contents, packaging, and assortments are subject to manufacturer changes without notice. Rhyno’s Die Cast is not responsible for factory packing errors, shortages, duplicates, or substitutions.

Packaging & Shipping Wear

Outer cartons may show minor wear, creasing, or shipping labels from transit. This does not constitute damage and does not affect the sealed status of the case.

Damaged or Missing Items

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the shipping box, sealed case, and contents (if applicable). 

Pre-Orders

Pre-order release dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays. Pre-orders may be non-cancellable, as stated on the product listing. Partial shipments may occur at our discretion.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the sealed case. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Resale & Allocation

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, cancel orders suspected of fraud, or refuse service at our discretion.

Risk and Title

Risk and title of the items will pass to you upon delivery of the items.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a sealed case from Rhyno’s Die Cast, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
