Shipping Insurance Policy

All shipments from Rhyno’s Die Cast include up to $100 CAD insurance coverage per order.

Additional insurance may be purchased at a rate of $2.50 per $100 of declared value. Customers are responsible for selecting sufficient insurance coverage at checkout.

Shipping insurance applies only to loss or damage occurring during transit.

Insurance does not cover manufacturer or factory packaging defects, including but not limited to:

  • Bent or creased cards

  • Cracked, scuffed, or loose blisters

  • Factory packing, sealing, or quality control issues

Submission of an insurance claim does not guarantee approval or payout. All claims are subject to review and acceptance by the shipping carrier or insurance provider.

Approved claims may be resolved in the form of a replacement product, if available, rather than a monetary refund. If a replacement is not available, an alternative resolution may be offered at Rhyno’s Die Cast’s discretion.

If additional insurance is not purchased, Rhyno’s Die Cast cannot file claims or provide compensation for loss or damage exceeding the insured amount.

For any approved damage claim, damaged goods must be returned to Rhyno’s Die Cast before a replacement or compensation is issued. Return instructions will be provided once a claim is approved.

 

Lost or Stolen Parcel Policy

At Rhyno’s Die Cast, the security of your order is important to us. However, once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier and supported by proof of delivery (such as a delivery photo, signature confirmation, or official carrier notice), responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

What Rhyno’s Die Cast Will Do

- Contact the shipping carrier to report the issue

- Assist with initiating an inquiry or insurance claim when applicable

Please note: Claims and compensation are not guaranteed, as all outcomes are determined by the carrier or insurance provider.

What You Can Do

- Check your surroundings (neighbors, household members, building management, mailbox, etc.)

- Contact the carrier directly to open a claim

- Reach out to your credit card provider, as some cards offer post-delivery theft protection

- File a police report if the parcel has been stolen

Rhyno’s Die Cast is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We appreciate your understanding and recommend shipping insurance and secure delivery options for higher-value orders.
