Building a box - Shipping when ready
- We offer a service to save and combine all your items.
Simply select store pickup, and we will add your items to a box and hold it for you. You can then let us know when you are ready to ship and we will get you a price on shipping this out for you as soon as we can, or or feel free to come buy and collect your stuff if you are passing through the little town of Castor, Alberta - We also have boxes sent regularly to Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. We are happy to talk to you about combined shipping to these locations.
Postage Details
- All shipments sent using a tracked service, thus may include CANPAR, CANADA POST or UPS. It will include tracking information, this will be uploaded when the shipping label is printed
- Couriers may leave packages on your door step, so please make sure this is safe to do so
- Signed for shipping is available on all orders if requested
- All boxes are insured for a value of $100, we are happy to quote for additional insurance on the box if you require additional
- All Cases sold are double boxed to prevent damage
- All Factory sealed cases are FACTORY SEALED and are not opened prior to shipping. The contents of the cases are advised in listings, but subject to packing errors or last minute changes by Mattel
- We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment, and dispatch within 2-3 working days.
- Additional day(s) transit may be required for remote areas
- Public and regional holidays may affect delivery lead times
- Delivery times may vary in the event of adverse weather conditions
International Shipping
- We do offer International shipping, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote
- Some countries may have import/custom or duty fees (taxes) charged by your government. These fees are not included in your purchase.
Terms of Sale
- We import our products from all over the world, on occasion there may be some language stickers on the back of the cards. The card faces do not change
- Generally, we sell basic Hot Wheels on long cards. Occasionally, we do sell cars on a US card. If you need a specific card, please message us before purchasing. We will not accept returns or issue refunds based on the card back.
- We do not inspect each and every car for straight/crooked tampos, low or high tampos, or any other variation concerning tampos.
- Items may show some signs of shelf wear, which may include light creases, soft corners, and dents on bubbles.
- Every item shipped out are in nearly perfect condition, but packaging may shift in transit and cause imperfections.
- Please refer to our feedback regarding item condition. Almost all shipments arrive in perfect condition, but we cannot guarantee each item will be perfect.
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise. If an item is returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. In this case, shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please contact us to receive a Return number before returning any merchandise.
- We do not accept any items that have been opened or the factory seal has been broken.
- Please be prepared to submit pictures when requested and do not throw away the packaging as it will be used to return the product.
